Thanks Dallas!
The Dallas auditions were a huge success. We'll be contacting the acts that will be moving on to the next round by mid April at the latest. We'll update the Dallas page with the latest news.
Our truck is headed to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida to hold auditions over the President's Day weekend.
Thank You LA! Texas Talent Next!
This weekend’s LA auditions were a huge success. After enduring a week of rain the weather in SoCal was beautiful and the turnout was a record breaker. Thank you to everyone who enthusiastically came out and patiently waited to show off their talent. If you could not make it this weekend join us in another city or submit a video of your act.
We’ve packed up the America's Got Talent truck and it is headed southeast to Dallas for this weekend’s auditions. The last time we were in Dallas we found ventriloquist and season two winner, Terry Fator. We cannot wait to see the talent of Texas.
Audition For Our New Judge
Howie Mandel will join NBC's hit summer series "America's Got Talent" as a new judge. Mandel will join returning judges Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan along with host Nick Cannon.
The announcement was made by Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming, NBC and Universal Media Studios.
"Howie is one of America's favorite entertainers and his sense of humor and energy are irrepressible," said Telegdy. "He's passionate about new talent and his years of experience across a variety of disciplines in entertainment, not to mention the fact that he headlines and performs in Vegas all the time, will bring new depth to our panel. He will be a real asset to our contestants and help them take their talents to the next level. We are thrilled to have him join Sharon and Piers and are sure that sparks will fly!"
NYC Auditions Wrapped
